Matt Wilson

With a career spanning over 20 years at the top of professional cycling as an athlete, Sports Director and team owner, Matt has a unique perspective on all facets of professional cycling. On the bike, he built a reputation as one of the sport’s most trusted domestiques and leaders (FDJ, Unibet, Garmin | Slipstream, Orica-Greenedge) and won the Australian National Championship in 2004. Off the bike, he’s continued his success as a longstanding Sports Director of WorldTour Team GreenEDGE, and more recently as the founding owner of the Australian Cycling Academy(ACA), a not-for-profit cycling development program for men and women. In just three years, ACA has grown into one of the leading development teams in Australia, cultivating talent on and off the bike.

Matt will leverage his 20 years in professional cycling and be primarily focused on developing athletes and providing career direction and advice.
