James Lazarus

With tertiary qualifications in Psychology, James has 15 years’ experience head-hunting the best corporate talent domestically and internationally. As a Head-Hunter his clients include ASX listed businesses, large multinational corporations, and highly sophisticated private clients. He works with people from all industries to shape their professional profile, guide their careers and extend their corporate potential. He will leverage his professional experience to identify and engage talent. He will work closely with every athlete to maximise their profile and ensure they are well prepared to take on or extend their reach in corporate partnerships. Importantly, James has also worked with a number of athletes, guiding them through the transition from 'professional athlete' to a meaningful career after sports.

James is a UCI Accredited Rider Agent and will lead all team placement & contract negotiations on behalf of Arc Athletes.
