He has a long-standing track record of advising professionals across industries on how to shape their profiles, advance their careers, and realise their potential.

James’ involvement in Arc Sports does not come from a professional sporting background, but from a career dedicated to building people and talent-focused professional services. His approach ensures Arc Athletes receive exceptional service, personalised support, and best-practice standards in every aspect of representation. 

James works closely with each athlete to strengthen their professional identity, enhance their corporate appeal, and prepare them for meaningful opportunities—whether alongside their sporting career or as part of a planned transition. He has supported multiple athletes in successfully navigating the shift from elite sport to post-competition careers.

A UCI Accredited Rider Agent, James is principally involved in all team placements and contract negotiations for Arc Athletes, ensuring each rider is positioned for long-term success.
