David Tanner

‍Having built a successful career in professional cycling—representing Australia and competing with some of the sport’s most prominent teams including Team Saxo Bank, Blanco, Belkin, and IAM Pro Cycling—David raced in the world’s most prestigious events. His career was abruptly cut short following a severe crash in 2016, prompting a new chapter.

Determined to reinvent himself, David pursued an MBA with a major in Applied Finance at the University of Monaco. Upon completing his studies, he set out to realise a long-held vision: to establish a Monaco-based athlete management agency dedicated exclusively to professional cycling.

That vision became Arc Sports.

To bring it to life, Arc Sports has partnered with Altiqa Monaco, a leading multifamily office and consultancy firm with over 40 years of experience in the Principality. Together, they provide holistic support to cyclists, encompassing career planning, contract negotiation, financial guidance, and personal development.

Having successfully navigated the challenging pathway from young Australian hopeful to European-based professional, David now draws on his deep experience in the peloton to mentor and guide the next generation of riders. Committed to nurturing both athletes and their families, he ensures they are fully supported throughout the journey—helping them not only reach the World Tour, but excel within it.
